A Return and Refund policy:

• Any cancellation for booked rooms are subject to charge by Airbnb or verbo and their cancellation policies
• All event deposits are not refundable and cancellation within 2 weeks of the event must be paid fully
• All store purchases are not refundable after purchase is complete
• All activity refunds are subject to host discretion
• Refunds for shipped items will be arranged by owner
• By any reason Riverdale LLC cancels an event or activity. A full refund will be made or option to reschedule
